I have taken this drug now for 7 years. I take 10/500mg. 3x per day. if you mean can you take 3 at one time well then i would be careful. You can have a beer but just not together. And if you put enough time in between them i see no reason that you could not drink. Hope this will help some.

Nausea and vomiting are two of the most common side effects of opioids such as hydrocodone, codeine, oxycodone, and morphine.

Most of the medication has already been absorbed in 45 minutes, so it would not be advisable to take another dose until 4-6 hours after taking the first pill.

To help with the nausea and vomiting, you can take Dramamine or Benadryl. These medications work very well to treat and prevent nausea and vomiting from opioid painkillers. They will make you quite a bit more drowsy however, so don't take it if you need to drive, operate machinery, or anything else that would be dangerous if you are drowsy.

Non-drowsy alternatives would be Pepto-Bismol or cola syrup (available at any pharmacy). Mint also works well -- try some mint tea.

If it's strong it's probably the reason you threw up. So no, I wouldn't advise it.

As long as you keep the time between taking the two vicodin one week and don't EVER allow yourself to find an excuse to take it anymore often than that, you should be fine. Keeping the gap between taking the two vicodin at 7 days will be long enough for your body not to get adjusted to the hydrocodone. If you ever do go against yourself and take the two vicodin sooner than the next time you plan, stop it all immediately. The second you make a decision to dose yourself sooner is the start of a downward trend. Just keep your moderation constant (easier said than done) and you'll be alright.
Two of them at once is a safe dose of acetaminophen just as long as your not consuming alcohol.

Hi
People always try and answer questions such as this will lotions, exercises, massage or alike.

Although these are all good remedies one of the important things to mention is how you use your back throughout the day to prevent this from happening or your condition deteriorating.
Make sure you are not aggravating your back at work. Your employee has the legal obligation to protect your health and safety which includes your back.

If you're lifting heavy items, doing repetitive tasks, driving long distances or sitting for prolonged periods in the same position you may add to the injury you have caused. Ensure you have the precautions in place to protect the posture of your back.

As much as i'm sure you hate to hear it but you really should go and get Xrayed or at least a quick examination just to be sure of no internal damage to your spine.
I also am epileptic and had been walking around with splitting headaches and a fractured skull for nearly 2 weeks.
I know what you mean by hating hospitals but thank God they are there.
Go on be brave

See a doctor and get his advice. I hope this is a doctor's prescription and if so ask him. If not, stop taking the drug and see one. It's too dangerous to use drugs like that without medical advice.

i had an epidural both times. the first was very unpleasant- couldnt feel my legs at all, made me very jittery and shaky, and by the time i was almost ready to push, it had mostly worn off. still had a LOT of pain at that point, but baby came out fine. afterwards though, when i finally stood again, i was super dizzy and nauseous.
the second time, complete 180. epidural was perfect, numb enough to dull the pain, but i was still able to move my legs on my own, could feel thing, etc. had NO pain, no dizziness, no nausea. was even able to laugh and joke between pushes. very relaxing calm enjoyable birth. plus the second baby was 9 lbs! it was excellent!
